Graces Hats Limited was established in 1980 and is the first known indigenous hat shop in Nigeria. The renown and unique shop is a household name with an unparalleled knack for creativity, innovation , ingenuity, and brillance of designing only "one of a kind" chapeaux.

Graces Hats has annual hat shows in Atlanta, New York and Charleston, South Carolina. In Miami, Florida, in February 2001, Graces Hats' chapeaux were chosen as the best product design out of 250 products from various countries that participated. Later in 2001, exhibits were held in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Bahamas.

In 2002, various shows were held in the United States and London. In December 2002, a grand show in Nigeria was tagged "Isi Oge". Isi means Head, and Oge means Fashion.
